CJT Driveway Sealcoating has been protecting driveways across southeastern New Hampshire since 1997. That first season, there was a short-lived partnership. Three months in, the season wrapped up, the partner landed a good winter job, and the two went separate ways. The buyout was simple. The direction was clear. CJT has been a sole proprietorship ever since, and that has never changed.

Every job is handled personally by the owner. No crews. No subcontractors. No sending someone else to figure it out. When you book with CJT, the same person who answers your call is the one showing up with the equipment, doing the crack filling, and applying the sealer. That level of hands-on attention comes from more than 28 seasons of doing this work, and a self-described touch of OCD that customers tend to appreciate once they see the finished result.

How We Work

Every driveway goes through the same careful steps, from first call to finished surface. You will know what happens at each stage.

Call Us

Call us with any questions about your driveway or our sealcoating process. We will give you a clear answer or a full explanation.

On-Site Review

We walk your driveway, note cracks, growth, and areas to cut in, and confirm what needs to be moved off the surface. Nothing gets sealed until you know the plan.

Clean and Prep

We clear the driveway, weedwhack the edges, wire-brush stubborn cracks and moss, and blow the surface clean. Then we cut in around garage doors, walkways, flower beds, and retaining walls.

Seal and Follow Up

I fill cracks with hot rubber, sand them, and spray a coal tar sealer with a drying additive so you can drive on it the next day. I stay available after the job for any questions.

The owner handles every crack fill and sealcoat personally. Ask us anything before, during, or after the work.
